報告人簡介:
Prof. Yan LI is a full Professor in Artificial Intelligence and the Associate Head (Research) for the School of Mathematics, Physics and Computing at University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), and Chair of Research Committee. Her research interests lie in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Technologies, Signal/Image Processing, Cybersecurity, and Network and Internet Technologies. Prof Yan LI has published more than 240 high quality publications, supervised dozens of PhD students to completion, and obtained significant research grants from Australian government bodies and through international collaborations. She is a current member of Australia Research Council (ARC) College of Experts (澳大利亞國家研究理事會基金專家評審團成員). Prof. LI obtained her bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China and a Ph.D degree from the Flinders University of South Australia in Australia.
報告内容簡介：
Millions of people suffer from sleep disorders like insomnia, apnea, and circadian rhythm sleep disorders. Sleep disorders are often diagnosed through identifying one’s sleep stages using their bio-signals, such as electroencephalography (EEG), electromyogram (EMG), and electrooculogram (EOG), etc. In this talk, I will showcase several advanced artificial intelligence (AI) methods for sleep stages classification. The research results were published in top journals.
