SAT項目簡介：
“Swap and Transfer（簡稱SAT）”是2013年獲準立項的歐盟Eramus Mundus Action 2（簡稱EM A2）高等教育交流項目，由意大利特蘭托大學負責管理執行，我校是參與該項目的3所中國高校之一。
SAT項目于2013年9月啟動。該項目提供交流獎學金總名額為205人，分兩批受理申請。第二輪申請提交截止日期：2015年1月31日。項目官方網站：。參加SAT項目的歐洲大學共有9所，包括：意大利特蘭托大學（University of Trento, Italy），奧地利因斯布魯克大學（University of Innsbruck, Austria），德國德雷斯頓理工大學（Technical University of Dresden, Germany），西班牙奧維爾多大學（University of Oviedo, Spain），芬蘭東芬蘭大學（University of Eastern Finland, Finland），葡萄牙米尼奧大學（University of Minho, Portugal）等。
申請對象：
符合學校有關公派赴境外訪問／進修規定的在崗編制教師、師資博士後、符合學校有關公派赴境外學習規定的全日制在讀博士研究生、碩士研究生和本科生。
資助額度：
生活費：本科生、碩士生每人1000歐元/月；博士生1500歐元/月；博士後1800歐元/月；教師2500歐元/月。往返國際旅費、保險費。
Call for Application for “Swap and Transfer” Mobility
The College of Computer Science and Technology of Jilin University is involved in a new European project “Swap and Transfer” (SAT, funded by European Commission under the programme Erasmus Mundus Action 2 – L12) as an Asia partner.
SAT aims at promoting sustainable development, mutual enrichment and better understanding between the involved Countries in Asia and Europe by means of the mobility and the exchange of individuals, knowledge and skills at higher education level so broadening the international visibility and scientific potential of all the parties involved.
