《虛拟現實技術》課程介紹
《虛拟現實技術》是計算機科學與技術專業的專業教育課，它是為滿足虛拟現實技術領域應用人才的需要而設置的，是一門理論性和實踐性都很強的課程。
通過本課程的學習，學生将做到：
1．了解虛拟現實的基本概念和虛拟現實所涉及的軟硬件。
2．掌握虛拟現實技術的基本理論，以及相應的軟件。
3．通過了解和掌握所學知識，使學生理解虛拟現實技術的基本工作原理，為從事虛拟現實技術的應用研究奠定良好的基礎。
課程内容涉及虛拟現實的基本概念及特點、虛拟現實軟件、硬件設備、虛拟現實的計算體系結構、虛拟現實相關技術、三維造型與交互環境的簡單的文本語言、立體視覺的基礎及理論等。
通過本課程的學習，使學生掌握虛拟現實技術的基本理論和基本知識，培養學生分析問題和解決問題的能力，并使其具有虛拟現實技術的分析能力和初步設計能力。
The introduction of course --- Virtual Reality Technology
The Virtual Reality is a Professional education course of Computer Science and Technology; this course is provided for the need of the computer application talents in Virtual Reality Technology field, which is a theoretical and practical course.
Through this course, students will learn:
1. Understanding hardware involved basic concept of virtual reality and application examples of Virtual Reality Technology.
2. To grasp the basic theory of virtual reality technology, and the corresponding software.
3. By understanding and grasp the knowledge, to enable the students to understand the basic operation principle of the virtual reality technology, lay a good foundation for the application of virtual reality technology.
The course covers the basic concepts and characteristics of virtual reality, virtual reality software, hardware, virtual reality computing architecture, virtual reality technology, 3D modeling and interactive environment of simple text language, stereo vision based and theory, etc.
Study of this course makes students to grasp the basic theory and knowledge of Virtual Reality Technology, and improve the ability to analyze the questions and solve problems, and own the ability to analysis the Virtual Reality Technology application system as well as design a preliminary virtual reality system.
