鄭斯清教授現為美國德州大學達拉斯分校計算機系終身教授。曾在IEEE Transactions on Computers，IEEE Transactions on Communications，IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed System, IEEE Infocom等國際權威期刊和會議上發表了260多篇高水平學術論文，編輯出版書8部，專利16項，承擔了美國自然科學基金項目等20餘項。
