工作經曆:

  教授,博士生導師,中國科學院百人計劃,伟德国际BETVlCTOR“唐敖慶”特聘教授,吉林省高層次人才B類人選,吉林省第六批拔尖創新人才第三層次人選,IEEE(美國電氣和電子工程師協會)高級會員。團隊主要從事健康大數據挖掘核心算法、以及融合生物組學、醫學影像、心電腦電和電子病曆等異構醫學大數據的融合建模算法等方面的研究。

  主持或參與包括863和中科院先導等各級别項目,主持金額合計近500萬元。已發表SCI索引期刊學術論文104篇。根據SCI數據庫統計,總引用次數2083次,他引次數1614次。學術成果多次在包括Nature Protocols、Nucleic Acids Research、和Bioinformatics等學術期刊上發表。相關成果連續榮獲多次國際疾病預測競賽較好排名。應邀擔任多個SCI索引期刊的副主編或編委,并多次(每一類均超過20次)應邀評審國際和國内項目标書、國際學術期刊和會議的投稿論文。

  目前已畢業的學生找到的工作機會包括阿裡巴巴、字節跳動、百度和南方信投等大數據挖掘領域的大數據分析師等職位,也有多位HILabers選擇國内外頂級高校繼續深造。歡迎有志于從事大數據領域研究和開發的同學保研和報考本實驗室的計算機應用專業博士研究生、計算機學院和軟件學院學碩和專碩
